3月4日，由金华市人民政府外事办公室和浙江日报金华分社联合制作的《抗疫十条倡议》在浙江新闻客户端播出。9名国内外志愿者用8国语言，欢迎外国朋友返金就业就学，并提醒他们做好疫情期间的防疫工作。

《倡议》用词简练，涵盖内容很丰富。除了提醒返金外国友人要及时申请健康码、主动出示健康码外，还要注重个人卫生，提高警惕做好防护，并做到不信谣、不传谣。如发现发热、咳嗽等症状，也要联系当地外事部门。

小布了解到，参与此次视频录制的外国人，都来自金华市外办刚刚组建的“金华市涉外志愿者服务队”。

金华市外办主任钟世杰表示，组建这支队伍的初衷，是为了更好地满足金华市涉外工作的需要，也为广大外语爱好者提供涉外锻炼的机会，同时为在金外国友人提供更多了解金华、融入金华的机会。

3月1日发出的招募令，短短两天时间，已有100多人报名，涵盖10多个国家的15个语种。尽管没有限制国籍，让人意外，报名的外国友人占了一大半。

疫情期间，为了更好地服务防控工作，除了录制《倡议》视频外，市外办还专门用10国语言，印发了《致外国人告知书》。外国人回金后要注意什么，告知书上也一目了然，并留了联系方式。

“语言沟通不顺畅，隔离期间需要帮助等等，无论遇到什么问题，都可以及时与我们取得联系。”钟世杰说。

抵达目的地后，请自觉并严格遵守当地政府颁布的各项疫情防控措施。如您来自疫情较严重的国家或地区，请尽可能在居所自行隔离观察14天再从事其他活动，以免出现传播风险。

二、做好自我防护。戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风，保持干净的生活工作环境，尽量避免去人多的公众场所，不举办或参加各种人员集聚的活动；注意饮食安全健康；心态乐观，适度锻炼，增强免疫力。

三、及时就医诊疗。如发现发热、乏力、干咳等不适症状，请勿慌张和恐惧，戴好口罩，及时报告接待方、居留社区(酒店)、当地卫生健康或移民管理机构，服从安排前往定点医院就诊。

四、关注权威信息。请多加留意“金华发布”、“健康金华”、“金华外事”等官方权威平台，获取疫情防控信息通报了解相关服务信息，不轻信道听途说。您也可通过驻华使领馆同中国外交部、浙江省以及我市的外事部门联系，我们将尽力予以协助。

A Letter To Foreign Nationals：

Welcome (back) to Jinhua.

In response to the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic, under the leadership of the Central Government of China and Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, Jinhua Municipal People’s Government has put the life and health of its people first and taken prompt action in a science-based and coordinated way. We have implemented the most comprehensive, rigorous and thorough measures of prevention and control, which have produced notable results. We have managed to maintain economic and social stability throughout the city, and currently businesses are reopening and people gradually returning to their normal life. However, we still face severe pressure from the epidemic as it cuts through borders and spread further afield. Whether you are living, working or travelling in Jinhua, we believe it is important to remind you of the following.

Cooperate in health checks for epidemic prevention and control. On occasions (or in places) required by the government, please support and cooperate with field staff in carrying out health checks. After arriving at your destination, please abide by the prevention and control measures implemented by local governments. If you come from countries or regions with large numbers of infected cases, please try your best to self-quarantine at home for 14 days before engaging in other activities so as to stem possibilities of transmission.

Step up self-protection. Wear face masks and wash hands as often as needed. Open the window for fresh air from time to time and keep a clean living and working environment. Avoid going to crowded places, or holding or participating in events with large gatherings. Have safe and healthy food. Stay positive and work out moderately to improve your immune system.

Seek medical help in a timely manner. If symptoms such as fever, fatigue and dry cough occur, there is no need to panic. Wear a mask, report promptly to your host or community (hotel), local health or immigration agencies, and go to designated hospitals for treatment as advised.

Follow official sources for information. Please follow the Latest Updates of Novel Coronavirus Prevention and Control in the official website or wechat platform of Jinhua Release, Jinhua Health and Jinhua Foreign Affairs Office.
